Salt Lake City, Utah – American Sign Language is the third most used language in the United States and now the fourth most studied language on college campuses. Like any living language, it's got regional accents, dialects and slang, but historically many discouraged its use. Friday on RadioWest, a discussion about the linguistics and the rise of American Sign Language.
