By Beth Hoffman
Salt Lake City, UT – In our final instalment of Bite Sized, a series on food, Beth Hoffman introduces us to Rozina Bahlibi, a refugee from the African nation of Eritrea. She and other refugees from this region use a traditional coffee ritual to help them heal from their country's ongoing problems. Almost continuously since 1961, Eritrea has been fighting with its neighbor, Ethiopia -- first for independence, later over border disputes.
