Salt Lake City, UT – A federal magistrate has ruled that that five Blackwater Worldwide security guards indicted for killing Iraqis can't argue their case in Utah and must appear before a court in Washington D.C. The five men face 14 counts of voluntary manslaughter, among other charges. KUER's Jenny Brundin reports.
