Candidates 2008: District 49 Legislative Race

Sandy, UT – Utah House Speaker Greg Curtis says this is his last campaign for a legislative seat. He's had some tough ones, particularly in 2006 when he defeated Democrat Jay Seegmiller by just 20 votes. Seegmiller is once again his opponent, and he says the lack of legislative rules on lobbyist gifts and campaign contributions are a serious problem that must be addressed. But some of their constituents have other issues they want the candidates to address. KUER's Dan Bammes takes a look at this high-profile race for the Utah legislature.
