Citizen Lobbyists at the Utah Legislature

Salt Lake City, UT – Anyone who walks the halls of Utah's state capitol during the legislative session will see them -- highly-paid lobbyists who spend day after day trying to influence the outcome of votes, push bills that benefit their clients and schmooze lawmakers, sometimes with gifts and perks that raise eyebrows. But there's another group of lobbyists working to influence the Utah legislature who aren't handing out tickets or trinkets. KUER's Dan Bammes has their story.
