Dr. Kay Jamison was well known in the field of manic-depression long before she announced to the world she also suffered from the disease. Her book, An Unquiet Mind, was a bestseller and chronicles her battle with manic-depression. Dr. Jamison will be at the Salt Lake City Library Saturday 5th, tickets are gone, but Jamison's speech will be available over closed circuit television.
