Salt Lake City, UT – On Utah's Capitol Hill yesterday, lawmakers reversed themselves on a bill to ban smoking in private clubs and bars. Meantime, House lawmakers engaged in a passionate debate about whether surrogates shoudl be paid to carry fertilized embryos. Lawmakers also advanced a bill that limits the ability of undocumented immgrants to obtain driver's licenses. KUER's Jenny Brundin reports.
