Miller is an industrial health specialist who has mapped atomic fallout across the United States. The research for his book, Under the Cloud: The Decades of Nuclear Testing 1951-1962, is considered groundbreaking in the effort to find clusters of disease. Miller will be speaking Friday, April 18 at the Wallace Stegner's Symposium on The Nuclear West: Legacy and Future.
