Navy Submarine Hearing

Robert Siegel talks with NPR's Andy Bowers about the investigative hearings in Honolulu, Hawaii, looking into the USS Greeneville's ramming of a fishing boat. Nine people aboard the fishing boat were killed. At the time of the accident, the Greeneville was demonstrating an emergency surfacing drill for civilian guests.
