Copyright Lock Boxes

NPR's Rick Karr reports on a case before a New York Appeals Court today that questions a section of the copyright laws. It is illegal to provide anyone with devices to break into digital lock boxes -- such as the scrambling system built into DVDs. But opponents of the law say it limits consumer rights.
