Salt Lake City, UT – Partisan politics may be nothing new, but the extent to which it defines the inner workings of congress may surprise you. The Democratic commisioner had created a play-off structure the Republicans dubbed "Welfare Bracketology." In her new book "Fight Club Politics," Washington Post reporter Juliet Eilperin looks at how representatives' dedication to their party has surpassed their commitment to their constituents. Doug talked to Eilperin last July about what that means for America. (Rebroadcast)
