Salt Lake City, UT – As four gun-related bills wind their way through Utah's Capitol Hill, the community is still trying to make sense of the February 12 Trolley Square shooting. Gun-rights advocates feel that greater citizen access to concealed weapons could prevent such tragedies, while critics argue that it's ready access to firearms that lead to this sort of incident.
