By Doug Fabrizio
Salt Lake City, UT – Ronald Reagan was called the "great communicator." 20 years ago today, he stood at Brandenburg Gate in Berlin and challenged Mikhail Gorbachev: "Come here to this gate! Today on the program University of Utah political scientist Tim Chambless is joining us for a look at some of the greatest moments in American rhetoric.
