Salt Lake City, UT – In his latest article for The New Yorker magazine, the journalist George Packer says that there's a reason the least conservative, least divisive Republican is the last man standing for the party's presidential nomination. Packer argues that conservatism is "dying before our eyes." Thursday, he joins Doug to look at the shift in the political party, and at the intellectual despair he says now exists among many Republicans.
