Salt Lake City, UT – David McCullough once warned that America's illiteracy in history is a "disease that is eating away at our national memory." The two-time Pulitzer Prize-winning historian and author of "1776" and "John Adams" is delivering this year's commencement address at the University of Utah. Thursday, he joins Doug to talk about the lessons history has to offer - and what it means to us as a nation if we "lose our story."

  • David McCullough will deliver the the 2009 commencement address for the University of Utah. The ceremony is Friday, May 8th, and is open to the public. Guests should plan on being seated before 8:30 a.m. For details, click here
