By Doug Fabrizio

Salt Lake City, Utah – Journalist James Fallows sees a lot the world can envy of the United States: plenty of food, a great university system, a culture of innovation. But he says there's one thing he's never heard while reporting overseas: "I wish we had a Senate like yours." In fact, Fallows says that for America to be robust, it has to re-imagine a governing system that is out-dated and dysfunctional. Tuesday, he joins us to explain. (Rebroadcast)
