Salt Lake City, UT – On Utah's Capitol Hill yesterday, lawmakers took action on group homes in neighborhoods, a divorce task force and citizen ballot initiatives. But first, two bills with a long history in the Utah legislature were back on the agenda. The hate crimes bill made its 10th appearance and a bill to require health insurance companies to pay for contraceptives came up for the 8th time. KUER's Jenny Brundin reports.
