Biodiesel Ignites "Grease War" in Salt Lake County

Salt Lake City, UT – High fuel prices and global warming are causing a surge in the number of backyard biodieselers. Those are people who collect used frying oil from restaurants, take it home and convert it into clean-burning fuel. But those barrels of used cooking oil that sit behind restaurants have ignited a "grease war" in Salt Lake County. One professional grease collecting company is in a battle against hobbyists who want the used oil to power their cars and trucks.
