Salt Lake City, UT – Whether or not Utahns will actually be voting on school vouchers in this November's election sunk deeper into already murky water yesterday. Governor Jon Huntsman announced he would not hold a special legislative session to help clarify the issue. Voucher proponents meantime - petitioned the courts to step in and sort the matter out. KUER's Jenny Brundin has the story.
