Salt Lake City, UT – Imagine being wrongfully convicted and imprisoned for six years, only to be found innocent and released -- but not receive a penny nor an acknowledgment from the state that you were wrongfully convicted. The Utah legislature is considering a bill to change how the wrongfully convicted are treated. Also - seniors who don't drive well are being targeted - as are thousands of undocumented immigrants who drive to get to and from their jobs. But first, the Utah House unanimously passed a bill that would give Utah one of the toughest laws in the country dealing with child sex offenders. KUER's Jenny Brundin reports.
