Salt Lake City, UT – Come July 1st, state and city governments and their contractors will be enlisted in Utah's crackdown on illegal immigration. Senate Bill 81 requires all new local government hires be checked out through a federal electronic database called E-Verify. We continue our series, "Pushing the Boundaries: Utah's New Immigration Law" with a look at how Senate Bill 81 could affect Utah's estimated 110,000 undocumented workers and -- as KUER's Jenny Brundin reports -- hundreds of Utah employers.
