Salt Lake City, UT – The University of Utah has been working on particle physics and other aspects of astronomy for many years, but it hasn't had the kind of optical observatory needed for serious study of the stars. It's building one this summer on Frisco Peak near Milford in southwestern Utah. KUER's Dan Bammes reports on the people building it -- and the work they're planning to do once it's finished.
