Salt Lake City, UT – A well-above average snowpack in the mountains this spring means the Utah ski season is set to last well into May. But lots of snow here also means lots of avalanches and danger to skiers, boarders and rescuers. This year alone, we've already seen 10,000 avalanches in Utah. Sheri Quinn reports on the threat, and new technology being developed to keep people alive.
