It’s “The Year of the Tax Cut” (again!) according to Utah Legislative leaders. There’s $614 million in surplus and a lot of big ideas on how to spend it. Lawmakers could slash state income tax rates, get rid of the sales tax on groceries or offer taxpayer rebates. This week, we take a trip to the grocery store and hear from a lawmaker and an advocate on what this all means for families.
