Salt Lake City, UT – The Utah legislature wrapped up its 45-day general session at the stroke of midnight on Wednesday. Lawmakers passed a state budget of nearly nine billion dollars -- up 6 percent from this year -- as well as about 400 bills. KUER's Jenny Brundin reports.
