Salt Lake City, UT – Governor Jon Huntsman unveiled a "flatter" tax proposal yesterday, one that he says is simpler, protects low and moderate income families, and stimulates economic growth. The proposal's top tax rate is 5%, which would give Utah the lowest income tax rate in the West except for Colorado, and Wyoming and Nevada - which have no income taxes. KUER'S Jenny Brundin reports.
