Salt Lake City, UT – A series of bills advanced yesterday on Utah's Capitol Hill to pave the path for the development of two massive water projects to serve Utah's growing population. Altogether, the two will ultimately carry a price tag of almost a billion dollars. KUER's Jenny Brundin reports.
