Washington, DC – Utah is a step closer now to having more clout in Washington. The House of Representatives passed a bill to give Utah a fourth seat in the U-S House of Representatives. That's balanced with another new seat for the District of Columbia. But even though Utah could benefit from the bill, the legislation's focus is on the nation's capital, and that's where Chad Pergram filed this report.
