Salt Lake City, UT – Salt Lake City Mayor Ralph Becker is poised to propose an $81 million investment in downtown: a new 2,400 seat Broadway-style theater. But some local arts groups are giving the proposal half-hearted applause. KUER's Jennifer Napier-Pearce reports.
