Salt Lake City, UT – As Utah struggles out of the economic recession, one bright spot has been USTAR, the Utah Science and Technology Research Initiative. And that's thanks to a 33 million dollar shot in the arm from federal stimulus dollars. A portion of the money is dedicated to helping inventors get their products one step closer to market.
