Salt Lake City, UT – Lawmakers on Utah's Capitol Hill took action yesterday on seat belts, driver's licenses for undocumented immigrants and tax subsidies for parents of children with disabilities. But first, KUER's Jenny Brundin brings us up to date on the state budget.
