Survey Shows Utah is Not Facing a "Brain Drain"

By Dan Bammes

Salt Lake City, UT – Utah's government leaders have worried about a "brain drain" of talented young people leaving the state after they graduate from the state's colleges and universities. The non-partisan Utah Foundation surveyed 2004 graduates and determined that most of them actually stay, and many non-resident students who attend Utah colleges choose to live here after they graduate. Utah Foundation Executive Director Steve Kroes spoke to KUER's Dan Bammes.
