Salt Lake City, UT – Supporters of gay rights scored a small victory on Capitol Hill yesterday, after lawmakers advanced a bill that would extend to gay couples the right to sue in the event of a wrongful death.. Also yesterday, the state senate rejected Governor Jon Huntsman's nominee for a seat on the Utah Court of Appeals, a judge many say, is one of the most respected in Utah. KUER's Jenny Brundin reports.
