Salt Lake City, UT – The Utah Arts Festival runs Thursday 6/24 through Sunday 6/27 at Library Square in downtown Salt Lake City. City Weekly music editor Dan Nailen says there's a different musical atmosphere every night, but he's looking forward to Friday's headliner, Cadillac Sky.
