Real talk: Utah’s air quality is not great. Especially in the winter when the Salt Lake Valley sees its infamous inversion, known to locals as the “brown cloud.” But Rep. Andrew Stoddard’s “Emissions Reduction Amendments” would take a deep dive into what’s in the smog and hopefully identify a few solutions to the problem.
