Salt Lake City, UT – When you think of Charles Darwin, you probably picture the elderly gentleman with a white bushy beard. But Darwin was just 22 when he set sail on the HMS Beagle. For the next five years, he was climbing mountains and hacking through jungles - experiencing the world. The writer Eric Simons says it's a story that's familiar to a back-packer today. Simons retraced Darwin's journey for his book "Darwin Slept Here," and Thursday, he joins Doug to talk about Darwin's adventures and his curiosity.
