Salt Lake City, UT – Aside from being pretty restrictive, Utah's liquor laws are thought to be mystifying in their composition and logic. But if you're going to try to understand them, you have to consider where they fit in Utah's history and culture. Tuesday on RadioWest we're talking about Utah's liquor laws and the efforts on Utah's Capitol Hill this year to reform them. Here's a question to consider: are these outdated remnants of the past or measured regulations designed to protect society?
