The theories of the British economist are often credited with helping the US out of the Great Depression, so it's little surprise they'd be dusted-off in today's economic upheaval. But who was Keynes? He was no typical economist: it was philosophy and art that informed his ideas, and he was an elitist libertine in prim British society. Monday, we're talking about John Maynard Keynes and how his complex life created Keynesian economics.
