Salt Lake City, UT – Under a bill that's being touted as one of the toughest immigration laws in the nation, Arizona law enforcement can now ask anyone for proof of citizenship whenever there's "reasonable suspicion." A similar bill is being drafted in Utah, much to the dismay of immigrant rights and civil liberties groups. On Tuesday, Doug talks with Utah Rep. Stephen Sandstrom about his bill and historian Gary Gerstle about immigration reform and what it means to be an American.
