Salt Lake City, Utah – Friday, Utah Governor Gary Herbert announced a state investigation has identified two Workforce Services employees suspected of creating what's come to be known simply as "The List." The document contains the names of 1,300 people supposed to be illegal immigrants and it includes details as sensitive as social security numbers and due dates of expectant mothers. Monday, we're looking at the case and what it means for the immigration debate.
