Starting Nov. 10, KUER will welcome some new additions to our program schedule: Hidden Brain(Saturdays at 9 p.m., Sundays at 1 p.m.) is a mix of science and storytelling, hosted by NPR contributor Shankar Vedantam. On Being with Krista Tippett (Sundays at 5 a.m. and 9 p.m.) is the Peabody Award-winning conversation about the big questions of meaning. Another show with a deep well of ideas, To The Best Of Our Knowledge,returns to KUER every Sunday night at 8.
Weekday evenings will have a new sound, too. If you miss Fresh Air with Terry Gross in the afternoon, catch it every night at 8. Then, stay tuned at 9 for absorbing stories from Latino USA(Mondays) and listener favorites TED Radio Hour(Tuesdays), Reveal(Wednesdays), The Moth(Thursdays) and Snap Judgment(Fridays).
On Saturdays at 3 p.m., TED Radio Hourwill replace The Politics Show, a limited series about the midterm elections, effective Nov 17. Also, catch Jesse Thorn’s masterful and funny interviews on Bullseyeone hour earlier, Saturday nights at 8.
