Bite Sized - Community Supported Agriculture

Salt Lake City, UT – Beth Hoffman continues her series called Bite Sized with a visit to a farm in Woods Cross, just north of Salt Lake City. Hoffman wants us to stop for a moment and think about food in a deeper way -- at the environmental, cultural and artistic connections we have to cooking and eating in Utah. Today, Hoffman brings us to East Farms, one of five farms in the Salt Lake Valley participating in a community-supported agriculture or CSA program this year.
