Salt Lake City, UT – The charts and graphs showing Governor Jon Huntsman's proposed state budget for the coming year seemed almost like Christmas decoratons as he outlined the spending plan on Monday. The governor was in a pretty good mood as he outlined an $11.7 billion plan that includes some big spending increases, but no tax cuts. KUER's Dan Bammes reports.
