Salt Lake City, UT – Anyone who walks the halls during the legislative session at Utah's state capitol will see highly-paid lobbyists who spend day after day trying to influence the outcome of votes, push bills that benefit their clients and schmooze lawmakers, sometimes with gifts and perks that raise eyebrows. But there's another group of lobbyists working to influence the legislature who aren't handing out tickets and trinkets. KUER's Dan Bammes has their story.
