Salt Lake City, UT –
Since the Utah legislature passed a bill setting up a task force to study comprehensive health care reform, everybody with a stake in the issue has been bringing out ideas and issues for discussion, hoping to see its positions reflected in the final recommendations.

Nichols was involved in the Clinton administration's failed attempt at comprehensive reform, and today he says all three leading candidates for president have ideas that will be important to any solution. And he says there's at least one excellent proposal coming out of Congress.
