Salt Lake City, UT – Both Democrats and Republicans in the Utah Legislature say revamping ethics rules will be a top priority during the upcoming 2009 session. Now Governor Jon Huntsman is poised to announce his own ethics task force. KUER's Jennifer Napier-Pearce reports.
