Salt Lake City, UT – The Utah legislature is adopting budget cuts early in the session that nobody's ready to call final. Revenue projections coming February 15th hold some hope, along with the state's Rainy Day funds. But deep cuts seem inevitable in public education and in health and human services spending. KUER's Dan Bammes reports.
