Salt Lake City, UT – Interior Secretary Ken Salazar paid a visit to Utah yesterday, looking for feedback on how Utahns want their public lands managed. It was the first stop on President Obama's America Great Outdoors Initiative, an effort to reshape the nation's conservation policy. For members of the Governor's Balanced Resource Council, it was a chance to offer Salazar some new approaches in solving contentious land use issues. KUER's Jenny Brundin reports.
