In-Custody Death Prompts Newspaper Investigation Into Utah Officers Involved In More Than One Police Shooting
In 2019, Michael Chad Breinholt was shot by a West Valley City police officer while in custody at the station. A new investigation by The Salt Lake Tribune and PBS Frontline found that it wasn’t Sgt.
