myKUER is a secure, online donor portal available to members who wish to use self-service features to manage their donation. The KUER Donor Services staff will always be here to personally assist with your needs during standard business hours by calling 801-581-5559 or emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
How do I set up myKUER?
Please note: New myKUER profiles can take up to 48 hours to process.
Step 1: Click myKUER Login
Step 2: Click the "Sign up for an account" link on the myKUER login page.
Step 3: Fill out and submit the form.
Password must contain at least 8 characters and include: 1 number, 1 lowercase letter, 1 uppercase letter, and 1 special character. All special characters are acceptable with the exception of any type of slash: (/) or (\).
We do not currently support automated username retrieval. Making a note of your username will help avoid delays when accessing your account.
If you have trouble reading the captcha challenge, click the small refresh icon to get a new challenge or the small speaker icon to get an audio challenge.
How do I log in to myKUER?
Step 1: Click myKUER Login
Step 2: Enter your username and password, then click Login.
Use the automated “Forgot My Password” link if you do not remember your password. If you do not remember your username, please contact KUER Membership for assistance at 801-581-5559 or email email@example.com.
What can I do with myKUER?
Manage your Pledge
KUER donors who would like to securely make a new donation, manage a current donation, or adjust or cancel their monthly contribution can now do so by logging in to their myKUER profile!
Update Payment Information
KUER donors can update credit card, debit card or bank account payment information on their current pledge by logging in to their myKUER profile and clicking Current and Past Donations and “Change Method of Payment” under the My Profile drop-down menu.
Change to withdrawals from your bank account
Sustaining members who use withdrawals directly from a bank account to make their monthly contribution help KUER mitigate costs by reducing expenses associated with the processing of recurring credit card payments. You also will never have to worry about updating a lost or stolen card or expiration date! To switch your payment method to a bank account, log in to your myKUER profile and click Current and Past Donations and “Change Method of Payment” under the My Profile drop-down menu. Select “Make ongoing monthly gifts from the bank account on file, or add new bank account information.” All you will need is your bank's routing number and your bank account number.
Generate your Tax Receipt
Charitable gifts to KUER may be tax deductible. Donors who would like to print a receipt for tax purposes can do so by logging in to their myKUER profile and clicking Tax Receipt under the My Profile drop-down menu.
Change your Contact Information
KUER donors may change the street address, phone number and email address on file by logging in to their myKUER profile and clicking My Information under the My Profile drop-down menu.
